TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRODUCT PRICES
All prices indicated through the Website include VAT. However, these prices do not include shipping costs.
PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
The number of units available is kept up to date with the stocks in the warehouse. Orders will be processed and shipped within approximately five (5) to eight (8) business days after purchase.
In the event that the product is not available after placing the order, the Client will be informed by email and the purchase will be canceled, or the client will give fuxia ballerinas the corresponding deadline to deliver their order within an estimated period.
PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS
The Client will pay the entire value of her order at the time of confirming her purchase order, for which we have arranged payment platforms such as Epayco and Paypal.
At the price that appears on the website www.fuxiaballerinas.com for each of the products, the corresponding rates will be added to the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Client before formalizing the purchase.
ORDER FORMALIZATION
Once the purchase process is completed, Fuxia Ballerinas will always send an email to the Client confirming the details of the purchase made.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once the order payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted.
CHANGES
When a product change is required, it can be done within ten (10) business days after the date the product was delivered.
It should be noted that:
The promotional or discounted product has no change.
Changes will always be made for the value at which they were purchased, in case the customer wants to change their product for a higher value one, they must pay the difference. and if it is of lesser value, the money is not returned and a balance will be made in favor of the client.
The product must not have been used, and must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
In no case will there be a refund of the money.
WARRANTY
The warranty for our products is three months for manufacturing defects.
